Great New Feature Announced | Integration for Novi AMS Users



If you use both Novi AMS to manage your members and Map D to manage your events, have we got good news for you! Map D and Novi have partnered to develop an integration that allows data to flow seamlessly between our platforms. This makes it easier than ever to sell your tradeshow space while keeping your AMS and Quickbooks up to date—all while barely lifting a finger!

So why integrate?

This one's a no-brainer! Integrating our services saves event managers hours of time and effort. Instead of selling booth space the old-fashioned way, vendors can pick and purchase booths right from the floorplan in an online shopping experience that updates in real-time. 

With this new integration, event managers no longer need to export sales data and re-import it into their AMS or accounting software—that all happens instantly and effortlessly.

Best of all? This integration improves the buying experience of member exhibitors and sponsors without excluding non-members from the process.


Events with Novi integration feature a special prompt at checkout. Members can register from Novi or directly in Map D.

How does this work from a member's perspective?

From the registration screen, there is a special "Novi Login" button just for your members. 

If a member is already logged into Novi when they register, they won't have to do anything! Information will automatically pass from Novi to Map D including basic business information and the member's QuickBooks ID.

If a member isn't logged into Novi when registering—no biggy! Members can enter their credentials into Map D and the integration will update records in Novi and Quickbooks once registration is complete.
