What is your turn around time?

Tradeshow Maps

On average, each tradeshow map takes between one to two weeks to build. Please call for rush orders.

City Maps

City maps vary in time depending on the size of the city and if you want the map in 2D or 3D. Often times, we will send someone out to take pictures of your city or find overhead views of all the buildings so that we can make the map as accurate as possible. A single city block can take anywhere between a day and a week.

Facility Maps

Facility maps are similar to city maps. It all depends on the size and complexity of your facility. A small building rendered in 2D can take a day, whereas a large campus rendered in 3D can take more than a month. However, we will give you a set deadline for any job before we begin on it. So you will defintely know when it will be done.

What file formats do you accept?

We prefer vector-based file formats such as .ai, .eps, & .fla

However, we can work with almost any graphics file format. A few of the formats we work with are: dwg, psd, pdf, png, gif, jpg, bmp, and tiff. If there is a problem with a file that you send to us, we will let you know immediately.

What browsers are your maps compatible with?

We support Internet Explorer 7 and 8, all versions of Mozilla Firefox, & Safari.

Can I put my map on our website?

Yes, you can!

We will send you a link when your project is done. Just add this link to your website and your audience can link to it. We can also put the map in an iframe on your website. We can give you the code for that as well if you need it. However, if you purchase a tradeshow or convention map, please let us know if you plan on having your map available to the public after your show. We will make sure not to remove it from the web. This may incur an additional cost.

Can I update the listings?

Yes, you can!

The user interface for each Map Dynamics project allows you to quickly and easily update your master list of exhibitors, their information, as well as their location in the convention center. You can also add additional documents and links for viewing for each listing so attendees can access additiional information while viewing the map.

What software do I need to update my listings?

All you need is a web browser.

We recommend Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari.

What am I supposed to do if I don't understand something or if I encounter a technical issue?
